Terms of use

Last updated June 29, 2026.

These terms govern your use of the Site (mitoderm.com), operated by Mitoderm Academy of Rafael Eitan 38, Ramat Gan 5590500, Israel ("Mitoderm"). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who we are

The Site is owned and operated by Mitoderm Academy, Rafael Eitan 38, Ramat Gan 5590500, Israel. You can reach us at the contact address at the foot of these terms.

Eligibility

The Site presents professional aesthetic-medicine products intended for use by licensed clinicians. Information about specific products, protocols and devices is addressed to professionals; it is not medical advice for the general public.

No online sales

The Site is informational. It does not sell products or take payment online. Orders, pricing and supply are arranged separately and offline (for example via WhatsApp or direct contact), under terms agreed at that time. Accordingly, the distance-selling provisions of the Consumer Protection Law do not apply to use of the Site itself.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site or attempt to disrupt it.

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any non-public area, including admin endpoints.
  • Do not scrape the Site for commercial competitive purposes.
  • Do not submit content that infringes others' rights or violates law.

Submissions

When you send us a message or application through the Site, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. You grant Mitoderm a limited licence to store and use that submission for the purpose of responding to you and managing the relationship, in accordance with our Privacy notice.

Intellectual property

All text, imagery, design, source code and trademarks on the Site are owned by Mitoderm or its licensors. You may share links and short quotations for editorial purposes with attribution; broader reuse requires our written permission.

No medical advice; no guaranteed outcome

Content on the Site is informational and reflects clinical experience and product-level documentation. It is not a substitute for an individualised consultation with a qualified practitioner, and nothing on the Site is medical advice to the public. Treatment outcomes are individual and are not guaranteed. Patients should consult a licensed clinician before any procedure.

Third-party services

Forms route through Resend for email delivery; the Site is hosted on Vercel; optional analytics is Google Analytics 4 (loaded only after consent). Each provider has its own terms; we select reputable processors with appropriate safeguards.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mitoderm is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to ILS 5,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of hosting or communications providers, security incidents, strikes, or acts of government or nature.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects its intent.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where significant, flagged on the Site for a reasonable period. Continued use after a change takes effect implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law & language

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Yafo district. These terms are published in English, Russian and Hebrew; in the event of any discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.
