Before the first application, capture a baseline with Mitoscan: HD imaging of the thinning zones, three lighting modes, freeze-frame saved to the chart. This is non-negotiable. The 12-week cadence

• Weeks 1–4: in-clinic application weekly. Microneedling-assisted delivery of the Exosignal serum at 0.5–0.8 mm on the scalp, immediately followed by the spray as the leave-on layer.
